
Louise is our Director and has dedicated 25 years to the care sector, working in hospitals, nursing homes and domiciliary care. With a Msters in Dementia Studies, a BSc in Health and Social are Management, and qualifications at level 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care, Louise's journey from tea maid to Director is truly inspiring.
When shes not leading the team, Louise loves spending time with her family and travelling. Louise founded Unigol to ensure everyone can safely control and direct their own care.

Rachel is our fantastic Team Leader! Rachel's journey in care has seen her working in domiciliary care and with learning disabilities. Currently, she's in her third year at Swansea University, diving deep into the world of Sleep Respiration.
Next year, she'll be tackling her Level 4 Leadership in Health and Social Care, all in the name of providing top-notch care for her clients.
When she's not busy being a superstar at work, Rachel is a supermom, shuttling her boys to their sports activities and enjoying some peaceful fishing trips.
Rachel's motto? "Always learning, always caring, and always ready for the next adventure!"
She's passionate about honing her skills to make a real difference in her clients' lives.

Meet Olivia 'Liv', our wonderful Personal Assistant. Liv joined Unigol from domiciliary care, bringing with her a kind and caring nature developed from looking after her family.
Recently, Liv became a Dementia Friend and is currently completing courses in Multiple Sclerosis and Dementia. Her dedication to learning and improving her skills is truly inspiring.
Liv loves to keep things clean and organized, and she's a whizz with the iron! Outside of work, you can find her spending time with friends and recently welcoming a new baby into her life.

Margaryta lives on a peaceful farm near Cowbridge with her husband and young son, where she enjoys knitting, reading, and tending her garden.
As one of our quieter carers, she thrives in small, friendly groups—offering thoughtful support and genuine connection.
Bringing experience from Israel, where she cared for an elderly couple, Margaryta combines skill with empathy.
She is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English, making her an adaptable companion for diverse needs.

Natalie is a mum of four, For years, she's been the primary carer for her youngest daughter, recently transitioning her to 24-hour assisted living support.
Now, Natalie is using those skills to help others—whether it’s managing daily tasks, offering a calm presence in busy moments, or simply being the person who remembers the little things that make a big difference.
